We look after a nationwide snooker cue and bowling ball manufacturer in Liverpool. They called us with an issue with two very old boilers hidden away in their cellar. The boilers were constantly needing to have the pilot lights re-established and always letting the customer down just when they needed them.

The boilers were sized based on the building requirements back in the 1970’s. Nowadays, the building has changed in layout and use so the boilers are no longer suitable.

We removed the old boilers and installed a correctly sized, condensing boiler that would serve the building in a much more efficient manner.

We installed an air and dirt separator, pressure gauge, auto air vents, PRV’s and a condensate pump along with the new Ideal boiler.

The heating system was fully flushed out and the correct level of inhibitor added.

The system is controlled by a tamper proof controller with a sensor located in the offices above. This gives an accurate reading of the actual temperature in the offices and turns the boiler off once the set temperature has been reached.

The new boiler runs efficiently and trouble free.
